You are required to check-in on Sunday as well in order to participate in the Designathon. After check-in, you can grab a catered breakfast and even more free goodies await you.

For those visiting from outside the Stanford campus, we will have a luggage drop off for your convenience as well.

A Google Form in the Slack will be released. Once the clock strikes 11am it will close—no exceptions. To avoid missing the deadline, we highly recommend submitting early.

Based on the prompt you and your team chose, you will be assigned an area where you can set up at a table. Judges will then start to circulate, ask questions, take notes, and get to know you guys. You can choose to present your product in a physical manner (trifold, prototype) or digitally (presentation, prototype on your laptop).

Check-in with your badge to receive complimentary catered food and beverages! Teams will be invited up by team number.

Judges will take this time to deliberate the top 3 teams they believe answered their prompt most creatively.

All teams should be prepared to pitch. In the atrium, prompt by prompt, teams who have been selected will come up and present the slides they submitted at 11am. You guys will have 3 minutes to pitch your product to the judge(s). Judges will briefly take time to deliberate and decide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places by 3pm.

Prizes will be awarded to winning teams.
